This 50-minute session offers a safe, compassionate space to explore your story through trauma-informed counselling. Rooted in a pluralistic approach, it focuses on emotional safety, collaboration, and empowerment—whether you choose to meet online or in person.

Cancellation Policy To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice will be charged in full.
